1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jll22," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jll22.cam platform and all associated gaming services.
• "Platform" means the jll22.cam website, its mobile web interface, and all games, betting markets, features, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and who accesses or uses any part of the jll22 service.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance associated with a Player's Account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings, from which withdrawals may be made.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, and jll22's Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of jll22 after any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Individuals who have activated a self-exclusion on their jll22 Account or who have been excluded from gaming activities by any applicable regulatory authority are not eligible to access the Platform during the applicable exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the jll22 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including their legal full name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms. jll22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify registration information at any time.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, jll22 requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identification confirming identity and age. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, or other valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or security codes with any third party. You agree to notify jll22 immediately through our support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jll22 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Permitted Payment Methods

jll22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank via InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and Cryptocurrency (USDT). Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Own Name Requirement

All deposits and withdrawals must be transacted using payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the Player may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with applicable daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits, are displayed in the Wallet section of each Player's Account. These limits are subject to change. Players with verified accounts in good standing may request a limit review by contacting support.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within one (1) hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing additional compliance review.

5.5 Currency

The primary operational currency of the jll22 Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrency, will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by jll22 at the time of transaction. jll22 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by jll22 are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer. Where individual promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail for that specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum bet size, odds restrictions (for sports bonuses), and time limit for completion will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jll22 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated through them if jll22 determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through structured low-risk play patterns, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless an individual promotion expressly states otherwise. Players should check and, if desired, forfeit any existing bonus before claiming a new one. jll22 support can assist with this process.

7 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

jll22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the start of an event, bets placed in error, or bets that jll22 reasonably believes may be linked to match-fixing, insider knowledge, or other irregular activity. Bets are only accepted subject to the specific rules governing each game or market.

7.2 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect crediting of winnings, jll22 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. jll22 is not liable for any loss arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures and network outages.

7.3 Final Decisions

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or promotional calculation, the records held by jll22's system shall be the primary reference. jll22's decisions on disputed matters, made in accordance with applicable game rules, are final and binding subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll22 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of another individual
• Providing false identity or age information
• Registering more than one Account
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors
• Match-fixing or betting on events in which you or any associate has insider information
• Money laundering or using jll22 to process funds of unlawful origin
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct towards jll22 staff or other users

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jll22 Platform, including but not limited to the jll22 name and logo, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, design elements, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of jll22 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of jll22. Unauthorised use of any jll22 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jll22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures.

jll22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jll22's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jll22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jll22 will share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (including KYC verification services and payment processors) as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform. jll22 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jll22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14.3 Regulatory Oversight

jll22 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for the governance of online gaming in the Philippines. Players with unresolved complaints after exhausting jll22's internal complaints process may refer the matter to PAGCOR for consideration under PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.
